My company POSM Software, based in Columbus, OH, USA decided to engage Perfect Fit to assist us in recruiting a qualified Spanish Speaking tech support professional for our Latin American market.  While I never underestimated the Nicaraguan talent base, my expectations were greatly exceeded.  Within a week I was reviewing resumes from over a dozen exceptionally qualified applicants.  We eventually hired two individuals with terrific English language skills for long term contracts for our US market, with plans to add to their team.  They have performed very well, to the point of increasing morale and motivation levels throughout our organization.
