Our Company History

Perfect Fit Recruiters was founded in Miami, Florida as a headhunter and talent outsourcing agency because the great amount of companies out of Florida that were looking to hire remotely.  Having very strong ties with Latin America, Miami was the logical place to establish the company. From Florida we branched out to Latin American countries which supplied the talent to fuel the high demand of remote talent coming from mainly the United States. The high migration from Latin America to the U.S./ Canada and then back to Latin America created a large pool of people that are both bilingual and bicultural. As your recruitment outsourcing partner, we believe that these highly skilled talents can be hired to work remotely for American or Canadian companies. 

Our goal at Perfect Fit is to support our regional community by outsourcing opportunities to the U.S. and Canada. We have access to a variety of talent, which we offer as an outsourcing firm. With regards to recruitment opportunities, we offer everything from sales agents, customer service agents, graphic designers, digital marketing agents, community managers (social media) to software engineers. All of these areas can be outsourced to work in the same of similar time zone as the U.S. and Canada. We help make it easy for companies looking to recruit remotely who may be drawn by the competitive wages in certain specific areas of talent.
