Our Company History

Perfect Fit Recruiters was founded in Managua, Nicaragua as a headhunter and talent outsourcing agency because of a large amount of excellent bilingual talent that was either under-employed or unemployed. From Nicaragua we began to branch out to other Latin American countries that also offered high-level bilingual talent that we could incorporate into the Perfect Fit family. Since the large migration of people from Latin America during turbulent times around the 1980’s and 1990’s, the amount of outsourcing opportunities has grown. This exodus created a large pool of people that are bilingual and bicultural and have often returned home to the Latin American region. As your recruitment outsourcing partner, we believe that these highly skilled talents can be hired to work remotely for American or Canadian companies.

As many have returned home equipped with many skills and fully bilingual, Perfect Fit Recruiters recognized that Latin America is a place that offers competitive salaries that can be outsourced beyond its borders. Additionally, as a recruitment and talent seeking firm we recognize that English is commonly spoken amongst graduates of national and international universities. There is a great deal of talent and freelancers in the region that consider English their first or second language.  

Our goal at Perfect Fit is to support our regional talent community by outsourcing opportunities northward to the U.S. and Canada. We have access to a variety of talent, which we offer as an outsourcing firm. With regards to recruitment opportunities, we offer everything from Architects to Graphic Designers to experts in Social Media Advertising to Engineers and more. All of these areas can be outsourced to work in the same or similar time zone as the U.S. and Canada. While our business model is more geared to remote work from home, we also have partnerships with local co-working spaces that offer fast and stable Internet in acclimatized workspaces. We help make it easy for companies looking to recruit remotely who may be drawn by the competitive wages in specific areas of talent.
